Beautiful, dark, ruby-red color. Rich, sweet aromas of black cherries and strawberries transition into candied fruit of plums, red and black berries. A hint of spices and smoke complete the whole. Delightfully structured and balanced. Silky tannins accompany the fruit-driven and long finish. Zinfandel at its best!
A grape like Zinfandel pairs exceptionally well with a tasty piece of lamb, as well as with red meats, stews, hearty pasta, and mushrooms.

After the harvest, the grapes are selected and fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to a blend of 1-year-old American oak barrels and older neutral barrels for aging, for almost 1.5 years. Afterward, the wine is blended again and bottled.
