This wine comes from our best parcels of Syrah. Its intense pink colour fits perfectly with hints of acidulous, red fruit, strawberries and cherries. Bright finish, it surprises you with a nice roundness and freshness, making it a perfect summer wine.

Served at 8-10C, it accompanies perfectly white meat, barbecue, paella, ratatouille, mixed salads.
